SEBASTIAN BACH: 'I Will Not Be Playing Any Shows With SKID ROW'
April 23, 2003Former SKID ROW singer Sebastian Bach has refuted previously published reports that he is in talks with his previous group to rejoin the band in time for their upcoming tour with POISON and VINCE NEIL.
Responding to report aired on Cincinnati radio station WEBN suggesting that he would be back in SKID ROW by the time the group hit the area as part of this summer's tour, Bach said, "of course this is NOT TRUE! It's kind of surprising that WEBN said this, being that I just did a cool interview with them a month or so ago and you think I would've mentioned this in the interview. But this is absolutely untrue and I will not be appearing with SKID ROW at ANY shows on this tour."
In related news, a low-quality, bootleg version of Bach singing "Gethsemane" as part of this year's national tour of "Jesus Christ Superstar" has been posted online at this location. Bach was terminated by the producers of the national touring revival of the Rice-Webber rock opera late last month following disagreements over minor changes during curtain calls.
